Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms cover your use of fastaiaudit.com. By using the site you agree to them.
What we do
We ask AI assistants, such as ChatGPT and Claude, questions your customers might ask. Then we count how often the answers name your business, and who they name instead.
AI answers change from day to day and from run to run. Our results describe the answers we got, when we got them. They are not a promise about future answers, and we can't guarantee any assistant will recommend you.
The free scan
The free scan is free and has limits: a few scans per person per day, and a daily cap for everyone. We may pause it at any time. It is provided as is.
You can scan any business with a public website. Reports use only public information.
The full audit
- The price is $399, paid once. Nothing renews.
- We email your report within 5 business days of payment.
- It includes one free retest, with the same questions, which you can ask for any time from 30 to 90 days after delivery.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Refunds
- Before we deliver: ask and we'll refund you in full.
- If we're late: if your report isn't delivered within 5 business days, ask and we'll refund you in full. You can keep the report if it arrives later.
- If it isn't useful: tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
Email hello@fastaiaudit.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
What the AI says
Reports quote AI answers word for word. Those answers can be wrong, out of date or unfair, about you or about other businesses. They are the assistants' words, not ours, and they are not our recommendation of any business.
Our responsibility
We work carefully and show every answer we count, so you can check us. But we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in place when you paid.
